Can I switch plans?

Yes, any time, in either direction. Upgrade from Solo to Crew the day you hire your first staff member, or drop back to Solo if your team shrinks. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle and we prorate the difference — you never pay for two plans at once.

What happens after the 30-day free trial?

On day 30 you'll be asked to add a card if you want to keep going. No card, no charge — your account pauses and your data stays safe for a further 30 days while you decide. If you add a card, billing starts on your chosen plan. No surprise charges, no dark patterns.

Is GST included in the price?

Yes. $9/month and $29/month are both AUD inc GST. The tax invoice you get each month shows the GST component separately so you can claim it back on your next BAS.

How do I cancel?

One click from your billing page. No phone call, no retention script, no "are you sure" five times. Your subscription ends at the close of the current period and you keep access until then. Export your data any time — it's yours.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes. Solo is $84/year and Crew is $288/year — effectively two months free on either plan. You can switch between monthly and annual any time from your billing page. See our refund policy if you change your mind mid-term.
