Refund Policy

1. Free Trial
Summed offers a 30-day free trial on all plans. During your trial period, you will not be charged. You can cancel at any time during the trial without any obligation or payment.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period (monthly or annual).
- You will continue to have full access to all features until the billing period ends.
- No further charges will be made after cancellation takes effect.
3. Refunds
We do not provide refunds for partial months or partial annual billing periods. Because we offer a generous 30-day free trial, you have ample time to evaluate the Service before committing to a paid subscription.
If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will investigate promptly.
4. How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time using one of the following methods:
- In-app: Go to Settings > Subscription and select "Cancel Subscription".
- Email: Contact us at support@summed.com.au with your account email address and a cancellation request.
We will confirm your cancellation via email within 1 business day.
5. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty, or other term or condition, implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified.
You may be entitled to a refund if we fail to meet a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law — for example, if the Service has a major failure, is not fit for its stated purpose, or a problem cannot be remedied within a reasonable time.
